Pengaruh Corporate Governance, Keputusan Pendanaan Dan Keputusan Investasi Terhadap Financial Distress ( Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2013-2017)

This research is motivated by a number of companies that are experiencing financial distress which is marked by the delisted of the company from Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance, funding decisions and investment decisions in predicting financial distress. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 involves 150 companies. The research samples are 28 companies which have been selected by using purposive sampling method. The result shows that corporate governance and investment decisions have a negative and significant on financial distress, funding decisions have a negative and not significant on financial distress.
