Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bengkel Mobil 3r Auto Body Repair Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of communication, leadership and motivation on the performance of Pekanbaru 3R workshop employees. The population in this study included all 3R Pekanbaru workshop employees, amounting to 30 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaires as instruments to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use smart PLS Verse 3.0 program. The sampling technique chosen was the census method (30 employees of Pekanbaru 3R Workshop).
Research results show that:1)Communication has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of 3R Pekanbaru workshop employees. 2)Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of 3R Pekanbaru workshop staff. 3)Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of 3R Pekanbaruworkshop employees. 4)Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of 3R Pekanbaru workshop employees.5)Communication has a positive and significant effect on performance through the motivation of 3R Pekanbaru workshop employees. 6)Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through the motivation of 3R Pekanbaru workshop employees. 7)Motivation has a positive and siginificant effect on performance of 3R Pekanbaru workshop employees.
