ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at a conventional BPR in Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of third party funds, non-performing loans, and interest rates on lending that is moderated by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The sample in this study is a conventional rural bank that reports financial reports to the Financial Services Authority in 2013 - 2017, which is amounted at 25 banks.
The research variables studied were third party funds, non-performing loans, and interest rates as independent variables, lending as the dependent variable and GRDP as a moderating variable. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23.
The results showed that the variable third party funds had a significant positive effect on lending, the non performing loan variable had a significant negative effect on lending. While the interest rates and GRDP variables have a positive and not significant effect on lending. The GRDP variable is able to moderate the third party funds relationship to lending and the GRDP is not able to moderate the non performing loans and TSB relationship to credit distribution. . From the research results obtained Adjusted R square value of 0.723 or 72.3% the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, the remaining 27.7 is explained by other factors outside the model.Keywords: third party funds, non performing loan, interest rates, credit distribution and gross regional domestic product.
