Standing Stock Ikan Motan (Thynnichthys Thynnoides) Di Danau Bunter Desa Pangkalan Baru Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT

Thynnichthys thynnoides is commonly inhabit the Bunter Lake. A research aims to understand the standing stock of the fish in the Bunter Lake has been conducted in April-May 2019. The fish was sampled everyday for
24 days, using gillnets. The standing stock was analyzed using Leslie method. Results shown that the initial standing stock (No) of the fish was 227.521 kg, and the final population (Nt) was 149.521 kg. Length-weight relationship of the fish in the Bunter Lake was 2.348 kg (negatively allometric), asymptotic length ((L∞) 201.1 mm, growth coefficient (K) 0.74/year, and t0 -0.2426/year. It means that the standing stock of the fish in the Bunter Lake is low.
