Pyrazole is an alkaloid group compound that is difficult to find in nature with a five-circumference heterocyclic structure with two nitrogen atoms adjacent to each other in its ring and having more than one endocyclic double bond. Various studies show that pyrazole compounds have various pharmacological properties including antimicrobial, antiviral, antitumor, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, anticonvulsant, antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-neuroinflammatory. Analog pyrazole 5-(2-fluorophenyl)-3-(naphthalene-2-il)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole (PZL2N-2F) synthesized by oxidative aromatization reaction of pyrazolin 5-(2-fluorophenyl)-3-(naphthalene-2-il) -1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazolin (PF CN2-2F) with glacial acetic acid. The synthesis of the pyrazole compound used reflux at a temperature of 85⁰C. The purity of compound was determined using TLC test, melting point and HPLC analysis. The structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed through UV spectroscopy, FTIR, NMR, and GCMS analysis. The yield obtained from the synthesis of PZL2N-2F compounds is 44.78%. The toxicity test of the pyrazole compound was determined by the BSLT method using shrimp larvae (Artemia salina Leach). Pyrazole PZL2N-2F is toxic with LC50 = 1.1325 µg/mL.
