Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Iklim Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Biro Tata Pemerintahan dan Administrasi Umum Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership, organizational climate and organizational culture variables to employee performance at The Government and General Administration Bureau of Governor Office Riau Province.
The population in this study is all civil servants and prospective civil servants The Government and General Administration Bureau of Governor Office Riau Province. While the sample as many as 88 respondents. Methods of data collection in this study include questionnaires and interviews. Testing data analysis used is Validity Test and Reliability Test. While the method of analysis used for testing variables in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 21 software.
The results of the study found that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has positive and significant effect on employee performance. The improvement of leadership effectiveness, organizational climate and organizational culture are recommended in order to optimize and increase employee performance.
The conclusion of the research conducted is that there are positive effect of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate on employee performance at The Government and General Administration Bureau of Governor Office Riau Province.
