Sumber Daya, Pengetahuan Perkoperasian Dan Kinerja Koperasi Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the direct effect of the quality of human resources, physical resources and knowledge cooperatives of cooperative performance on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia in Pekanbaru. The population were all cooperative employees from 27 existing active cooperatives out of 65 units.
The statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program is applied to analyze the collected data. The results showed that: (1) the quality of human resources have a significant effect on the performance of cooperatives. (2) physical resources have also a significant effect on the performance of cooperatives and (3) knowledge cooperative has a significant effect on the performance of cooperatives as well. It means, the better the quality of human Resources and Physical Resources owned and added by good knowledge of cooperatives with management cooperatives would improve cooperative performance.
