Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Sales Operation Isuzu Pekanbaru
Fluctuations in the decline of sales operations performance over the past five years based from key performance indicator data indicated by absent increased, low honesty, low technical ability and decreased of individual target. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational commitment toward job satisfaction and performance sales operation of Isuzu Pekanbaru. The technique of collecting data used questionnaire distributed to 121 employees. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis.
Based on research analysis, it is known that there is a positive significant influence of leadership on job satisfaction, with the provision of advice is expected to improve the welfare of subordinates, coordination of a more effective division of work, communication and improved personal integrity will increase job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction. If the conducive corporate climate is improved, sales have high affective commitment, marked by the desire to spend a career and be emotionally attached to the company. Leadership and organizational commitment has positive and significant affect toward employee performance. Job satisfaction is proven to have an positive and significant effect on performance, sales that show a high job satisfaction response will be optimistic about job promotions, struggle as much as possible in order to get a salary and additional incentives that are greater than the previous month, consider that marketing work as a challenge that can motivate and liking the field of marketing work will directly influence the performance improvement. Leadership has a positive significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, with the effectiveness of sales supervisors in decision making, effective in coordinating the division of tasks, it will improve individual achievement not only individually but also as a whole. There is positive significant effect of organizational commitment to performance through job satisfaction, high sales operation job satisfaction will increase the work results of individual sales with more enthusiasm in finding consumers every month, on time to collect reports, improve understanding of good tasks, discipline in using operational time for work, and able to work with the whole team so that its performance increases
