Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Semangat Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Pada Biro Administrasi Universitas Islam Indragiri Hilir Tembilahan)
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to determine the effect of performance on work morale, to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through employee morale and to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance through employee morale. This research was conducted on all employees of the administration bureau at Indragiri Islamic University, which numbered 127 people. In testing hypotheses using statistical analysis using the Path Test analysis method using SPSS analysis tools.
The results showed that organizational culture influences employee performance. Organizational culture may become an even more important factor in determining success or failure in the future. Work discipline influences employee performance. With employees who apply discipline, their work will be completed on time. Organizational culture influences employee morale. Organizational culture that suits the needs and abilities of employees, employees will be more active in working. Work discipline affects employee morale. If the established discipline is in accordance with justice and procedures, the employee will continue to work. Performance influences employee morale. If employee performance increases, employees will be more active in working.
