Analisis E-Servqual Terhadap Satisfaction Dan Loyality Mitra Bukalapak Di Kota Pekanbaru
The research was conducted at Mitra Bukalapak in Pekanbaru City. The aim is to find out the direct effect of the Dimensions of E-SERQUAL namely Efficiency, Fulfilment, system availability and privacy on Partner Satisfaction and Loyalty. This study took a sample of 100 people. The variables used are Efficiency, Fulfilment, system availability and privacy of Partner Satisfaction and Loyalty. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through the Smart PLS 3.2.7 program
The results showed that there were influences namely Efficiency, Fulfilment, system availability and privacy towards Satisfaction. and there is the effect of Efficiency, Fulfilment, system availability and privacy on Partner Loyalty through Satisfaction as an intervening variable, the higher the level of partner satisfaction will increase partner loyalty to the Bukalapak Partner program.
