Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Deskripsi Pekerjaan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Riau
This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style on performance
in the Riau Provincial Education Bureau staff. The influence of the job
description of the performance of the staff of Department of Education Riau
Province. The influence of labor discipline on the performance of the staff of
Department of Education Riau Province. The influence of the job description of
the performance through the discipline of work on the staff of Department of
Education Riau Province. And the effect of leadership style on performance
through the discipline of work on the staff of Department of Education Riau
Province.
The population in this study are employees of the Department of
Education Special Riau Province in the Main Office Cut Nyak Dien street new
week totaling 198 people. The quantity of samples to be used are as many as 133
people. Data analysis and interpreting the data, descriptive analysis method and
analysis methods verification. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the
characteristics of respondents and the research variables, whereas the
verification method used to test the research hypotheses by using relevant
statistical tests. While the verification method used in this research is path
analysis (path analysis).
