This research the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership on firm value, to determine the effect of institutional ownership on firm value, to determine the effect of dividend policy on firm value, to determine the effect of debt policy on firm value, and to determine the effect of profitability on firm value . Where in this study the population is a company engaged in food and beverages that is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange while the sample in this study were 70 companies.
Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn, namely managerial ownership has a significant effect on company value. In Food and Beverages Companies listed on the bursa efek indonesia 2012-2016, institutional ownership has no significant effect on firm value, influential dividend policy significant to firm value, debt policy does not have a significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a significant effect on firm value.
