“Analisis Marketing Mix Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Asuransi Jiwa Prudential Life Assurance Di Kota Pekanbaru”
This study aims to determine how the effect of marketing mix on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction in choosing prudential life assurance life insurance products in the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all Prudential Life Assurance insurance customers, whose numbers are not known with certainty. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique that is the sample taken has certain characteristics such as already working and over 17 years old. The number of sample was 195 poeple, the data analysis technique used was path analysis.
From the test results it is known that the product, price, distribution, promotion, human resources, processes and physical evidence influence the decision to purchase Prudential Life Assurance insurance. Purchasing decisions affect customer satisfaction. Furthermore, product, price, distribution, promotion, human resources, processes and physical evidence affect customer satisfaction through the decision to purchase Prudential Life Assurance insurance.
Companies must improve customer satisfaction by offering quality products to customers, increasing the promotion of Prudential Life Assurance, such as direct promotion to the regions. The company must strive to provide convenience and speed in policy recovery by providing clear information about the procedure for policy recovery so that it can be completed quickly.
