Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction of PT Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir. To determine the effect of the work environment and organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir. And to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational commitment to performance through job satisfaction at PT Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir. The population in this study were employees of PT Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir in the plantation (production) section of 116 employees. Sampling researchers used a census method that is taking the entire population in PT Tunggal Mitra Plantations Rokan Hilir as many as 116 employees. Data analysis uses path analysis. The results of the study stated that the work environment and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir. The work environment and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir. The work environment and organizational commitment through job satisfaction significantly positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation Rokan Hilir.
