Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perkoperasian, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research was purposed to find out the effect of knowledge of cooperatives, work experience and entrepreneurial competence on the performance of the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperatives in Kuantan Singingi Regency.
The population were 120 employees and a sample are 51 employees. The data used in this study is primery data and the analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables are knowledge of cooperatives, work experience and entrepreneurial competence.
The result of the study found that : 1) Knowledge of cooperatives has significant effect on the work productivity 2) Work experience has significant effect on the work productivity 3) Entrepreneurial competence has significant effect on the work productivity.
