This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on work morale and employee performance in the housing and housing area of Riau province. The population in this study included all employees in the Housing and Settlement Zone Housing Agency of Riau Province, totaling 107 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.
In this study there are 4 (four) Employee Performance variables (Y2) and work morale (Y1) as the dependent variable and the independent variable consists of motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2). The results showed that: 1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on morale 2) Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on morale 3) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance 4) Discipline had a positive and significant effect on performance 5) Morale had an effect positive and significant impact on performance 6 Based on the path analysis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance through morale 7) Based on the path analysis shows that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance
