Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pt. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri Kampar
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri Kampar. The study population included all field employees who were male which amount of 64 people.
Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the census method (64 male employees at PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri Kampar).
The results showed that: 1) Leadership style did not significantly influence job satisfaction at PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri. 2) There is a positive influence between work discipline variables on employee performance at PT Multi Guna Precast Mandiri. 3) There is a positive influence between leadership style variables on employee performance at PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri. 4). There is a positive influence between work discipline variables on employee performance at PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri. 5) There is a positive influence between the variable job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri. 6) Leadership style directly affects the performance of employees of PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri. 7) Work discipline directly affects the performance of the employees of PT. Multi Guna Precast Mandiri.
