Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Good Corporate Governance Dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Dan Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017)

This research aims to investigate the effect of Capital Structure, Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Ressponsibility on Company Values with Company Perfomance as the intervening variable. The population in this study involved all mining companies officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2013-2017 totalling 46 companies. A total of 25 samples were obtained using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using a path analysis.
The results of the research discovered that Capital Structure has a significant and positive effect on Company Performance, Capital Structure has has a significant and positive effect on Company Value, Good Corporate Governance has a significant and positive effect on Company Performance, Good Corporate Governance has a significant and positive effect on Company Value, Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant and positive effect on Company Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant and positive effect on Company Value and Company Performance has a significant and positive effect on Company Value. Capital Structure has a significant and positive effect on Company Value with Company Performance as an Intervening Variable. While Good Corporate Governance has a significant and positive effect on Company Value with Company Performance as an intervening variable. Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant and positive effect on Company Value with Company Performance as an intervening variable.
