Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) Di Kecamatan Kempas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to determine the level of public participation in development planning meetings, and also to analyze the level of understanding, and awareness, and public confidence in the deliberation of development planning, then to analyze the level of understanding, awareness and trust simultaneously community participation on the implementation of development planning deliberation Kempas Sub-district Indragiri Hilir District. This study uses cluster random sampling technique, meaning that samples are drawn randomly from the population group to represent the population as a whole. The sample is as much as 10% of the population or as big as 100 people. Sampling method by random sampling. Based on the analysis of community participation in musrenbang shows the relation between respondent characteristics in the form of age, sex, education and occupation to the level of understanding about the musrenbang activity is the factor of age and sex only affect the level of attendance in the musrenbang activity while the education and occupational factors affect the acceptance of information about the benefits And the impact of musrenbang activities for the community in Kecamatan Kempas. Based on the respondent's statement about the level of public awareness, measured through their willingness to provide information about the data needed in order to smooth the implementation of musrenbang. Low awareness is also caused by the community gathering system that participates in musrenbang. Respondents stated that their ignorance was due to the participants of the mushebang not elected by the principle of representation as representatives of their aspirations. The level of public confidence in the ongoing development program is not affected by age and gender due to their limitations in accessing information, analyzing and the ability to analyze every condition that occurs or the direction of policy taken by the local government.
