Kontribusi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Dan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sma Negeri Di Kecamatan Tanah Putih
This research aims to find out how much the contribution of (1) the headmaster’s leadership on teacher’s performance, (2) the teacher’s motivation onteacher’s performance, (3) the teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance, (4) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s motivation on teacher’s performance, 5) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s competence onteacher’s performance, (6) the motivation and teacher’scompetenceon teacher’s performance. (7)the headmaster’s leadership, the motivation and competenceof teacheron teacher’s performance of SMA Negeri in Tanah Putih sub-district.This research includes a quantitative research with correlation technique. The sample is the total population of 85 teachers obtained by total sampling technique. Analysis of the data have been used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there were significant contributions of: (1) the headmaster's leadership on teacher’s performance 36,3%, (2) the teacher's motivation onteacher’s performance 43,7%, (3) the teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance 50,3%, (4) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s motivation on teacher’s performance 54,0%, (5) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance 63,3%, (6) the motivation and the competence of teacheron teacher’s performance 60,6%, (7) theheadmaster’s leadership, the motivation and the competence of teacher on teacher’s performance equal to 67,5%. The teacher’s competence variable give the largest effective contribution among the three independent variables to the performance of high school teachers in Tanah Putih sub-district. This means that the high level of teacher performance in SMA Negeri Tanah Putih sub-district can be influenced by the headmaster's leadership, motivation, and teacher competence.
