Profil Rujukan Kasus Penyakit Kulit Di Puskesmas Yang Ada Di Kota Pekanbaru
A referral is the delegation of authority and responsibility for cases of illness or health problems held reciprocally, both vertically and horizontally. Referral rates from primary service facilities have increased from year to year. This study aimed to describe profile of skin disease cases referred by Community Health Center in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a descriptive survey with qualitative and quantitative data. The number of skin disease patients referred by the Community Health Center was 623 patients with 344 female patients, 279 male patients. Of 623 patients, there were 196 PBI patients and 427 Non-PBI patients. The type of skin disease that is most commonly referred to is atopic dermatitis with 133 cases. The most reason why a referral is made is because of a patient's illness that has not healed. The number of skin disease referrals in Community Health Center was 623 cases with the most sexes being women, the most BPJS Kesehatan participant types were Non-PBI, the most referred disease was atopic dermatitis, and the most reason for referral was due to the patient's illness that did not heal.
