Currently the world's attention to the judiciary is needed primarily concerned with the credibility of the judge because the judge here has a strategic role in creating justice for the people. Therefore it is also necessary specialized expertise possessed for each judge to welcome all the problems occurring as a form of the phenomenon of legal development in Indonesia. The importance of the presence of judges who come from non-career is a mandate of the Act to explain to the public that the openness of space for all people to devote themselves as judge and as a counterweight so that the law can be applied in accordance with its purpose.
This study uses normative law research that is legal research literature, because it makes the literature as the main pedestal. conducting research on the principles of law that starts from the areas of the legal system of a particular, by holding the identification prior to the legal principles that have been formulated in specific legislation and in this study the authors observed Related Legal Politics Charging Position Judge Through Court Judge Line Non Careers Law Number 48 Year 2009 concerning judicial authority is further supported by the literature made by legal experts associated with judicial power.
In this study, the authors found the presence of the Chief Justice non careers and firmness verdict given to the defendants, makes people optimistic with law enforcement and the fulfillment of justice in general. Position of Chief Justice charging through non career Line Judge helped the enforcement in specific areas of law. Charging Law Politics Position Line Judge Supreme Court Justice Through Non Careers In Judicial Power Systems is an affirmation of the function of the Chief Justice and coaching.
