Pemanfaatan Terminal Sekapur Sirih Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This study examines the use of Terminal Foreword in Rokan Hilir. The purpose of research attempts to answer (1) What is the cause of low use Terminal services Foreword by society in Rokan Hilir? (2) What efforts should be made by the regional government to optimize the use of services in Terminal Foreword?. the method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative sampling of as many as 101 people. Results of the study found the remains low. The main factor of the lack of community interest in using the terminal services are for their deprivation-satiation, comparing the use of terminal services by not using it. Currently, access to and from the terminal Foreword still have to incur additional costs to transport modes rickshaw or motorcycle. The provision of strict sanctions (revocation of licenses trajectory) for entrepreneurs who are naughty and publication of legislation or the norm of Regents to set sanctions. Besides the need for the empowerment of Civil Service Police Unit to oversee the behavior of rogue employers.
