Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Untuk Memotivasi Dan Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pokok Bahasan Kesetimbangan Ion Dan Ph Larutan Garam Di SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru
The aim to this research was increase the motivation and learning outcome and the correlation between motivation and learning outcome of the students after having been applied the NHT learning strategy in topics of ionic equilibrium and pH of salt solution in SMAN 5 Pekanbaru consisted of 4 classes. This research belonged to quasy experiment research using Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research was all the students of class XI MIPA at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The normality test was used Liliefors to show normal data and the homogeneity test was used the variance similarity test which was the f-test and the average similarity test which was the t-test used to see homogeneous classes. The sample was taken by applying Cluster Random Technique obtained XI Science 1 class as the experiment class and XI Scient 2 as the control class. Data analysis was done using t-test of statistic test to perform the incteasing of the motivation and learning outcome and correlation of pearson product moment to perform the correlation between motivation and learning outcome of the student. The result of hypothesis proved that there were learning strategy of NHT was able to increas the motivation and learning outcome of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru in topics of ionic equilibrium and pH of salt solution and there was a correlation between motivation and learning outcome after having been applied the learning strategy of NHT that showed as very strong correlation.
