The Village Food Resilience Programme is a community empowerment programme provided by the Goverment of Indonesia. This programme has been implemented since 2006. Studies, evaluation and monitoring have been conducted on this programme, and identified poverty dynamics in this programme. This study aims to determine the dynamics and determinans of the poverty level of participants of The Village Food Resilience Programme in Riau Province. The method of analysis is used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with multinomial logistic model. The result of the analysis conclude that there has been a better poverty level rate of programme participants, and the determinant that influence the poverty level of the programme participants are land ownership, assistence, age of household, education level of household and group meeting. The more land owned by the programme participants, the assistance, with the age of the household head within the productive age limit, higher education of head of household and with intensively conducting group meetings, the higher probability of the poverty level dynamics of the programme participants towards the more prosperous.
