The indoor air quality in the room which good is free air pollutant material the cause of irritation, discomfort or disruption of the inhabitants of the health .One of the rooms potentially pollution air in a room that is the hospital. Indoor air pollution because of moisture, the presence of microorganisms, is a major cause of morbidity and mortalitas around the world .This study attempts to make air quality management model in the inpatient room. This study using the mix method on research in a quantitative and qualitative research survey uses the explorative. The research results those of the air quality in the hospital inpatient rooms in the condition is not good, factors associated with the air quality in inpatient rooms is the density of occupancy, sanitation, room the vents, air quality standard operational procedures, and air conditioner treatment. The impact of air quality in the inpatient room against a symptom of disorders of health , social and economic is the quality of the air in the room that is not good causing symptoms an impairment of health in nurses and patients feel uncomfortable and the emergence of environmental costs issued the hospital to manage the air quality so that alternative strategies which will was carried out with four strategies which increase the governance, human resource development and cooperation with stakeholders who were related to and management model quality in inpatient rooms hospital for long-term by the application of standard operational procedures and cleaning and meanwhile room, in the short run take measurements of all the rooms and cleaning and meanwhile room. Conclusion: air quality in inpatient rooms home hospital need to managed well by applying standard operational procedures air quality in inpatient rooms at hospital.
