ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the mental workload and the level of work fatigue in ergonomic employees at CV. Surya Pelangi Konveksi Pekanbaru. The research method is quantitative descriptive research. Samples were taken as many as 46 people which is the total population of the production section. Measurement of mental workload using NASA - TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index) and work fatigue based on subjective fatigue measurements.
The results showed that 37 respondents (80.43%) were in the moderate workload category. 29 people (63%) of respondents were in the category of moderate work fatigue. For the average respondent age group 46 - 55 years (9 respondents) are in the category of moderate mental workload with a score of 71.70 and the average respondent with the age group 46 - 55 years are in the category of moderate work fatigue with a score of 43.67 . For the average respondent with female gender is at the level of moderate workload with a score of 68.02 and the average respondent is at the level of moderate work fatigue with a score of 36.27. While for the average respondent weighing 51-70 kg (36 respondents) are at the level of moderate workload with a score of 65.88 and the average respondent is at the level of work fatigue with a score of 38.08.
