Pengaruh Store Atmosfer Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Waroeng Wahid Pekanbaru
Abstract
This research aims to determine how the impact store atmosphere and service quality towards to purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction at Waroeng Wahid Pekanbaru. The population is all Waroeng Wahid Pekanbaru customers. The study was prepared using accindental sampling method. The total sample was 110 people. Analysis of the data used is path analysis (path analysis) with SPSS program. From the results we know that store atmosphere and service quality influence purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. And store atmosphere, service quality and purchasing decisions affect customer satisfaction at Waroeng Wahid Pekanbaru. While the path analysis shows that store atmosphere and service quality influence customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at Waroeng Wahid Pekanbaru. We hope that Waroeng Wahid Pekanbaru will always create new innovations in providing comfort to visiting customers and always trying to optimize service to customers, so customers are satisfied to visit.
