Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pt.Integra Trustindo Utama Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Satisfaction at PT Integra Trustindo Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees of PT Integra Trustindo Utama Pekanbaru with 68 respondents as the sample selected using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis using path analysis through SPSS version 24.0.
The results showed that, Leadership had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The Determination Coefficient on adjsted R2 is 0.738. This means that the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Integra Trustindo Utama Pekanbaru is 73.8%. While the remaining 26.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this model.
