Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pengawasan, Kepemimpinan Dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis
The study aims to determine the effects of organizational culture, supervision, leadership and work ethic on employee performance at the Mandau Sub-District Office. The population in this study includes all employee at Mandau Sub-District Office, totalling 62 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census which means that all employees at the Mandau Sub-District Office.
The result showed that :1).There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture, supervision, leadership and work ethic on the performance at Mandau Sub-District Office, 2).There is a possitive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Mandau Sub-District Office, 3).There is a possitive and significant influence of supervision on employee performance at Mandau Sub-District Office. 4).There is a possitive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance at Mandau Sub-District Office. 5).There is a possitive and significant influence of work ethic on employee performance at Mandau Sub-District Office.
