The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between leadership and integrity of the coach with the character of accountability of scout member of the rally. This research is a qualitative research at Kwartir Tualang Kwarcab Siak branch in 2017.
The Scout Movement is one of the non-formal education that has the purpose to instill character and form a good personality through exemplary, guidance, so that children can have spiritual, social, intellectual potential based on the basic principles of faith and piety to God Almighty
This research was conducted by collecting data through participant observation using interview, observation, document, and questionnaire. The analysis indicates that there is a relationship between leadership and integrity of the coach with the accountability character of the scout member of the rally.
From the results of the research indicates that there is a positive relationship between leadership and integrity of the coach with the character of accountability. Both variables contribute to the accountability character of scout members in Kwartir Branch Tualang Kwarcab Siak 68.8%. Then the better the leadership and interactivity of the coach, the better the accountability character of the Boy Scouts.
The recommendation of this research is to improve the character of accountability by improving the leadership and integrity of the coach. For leadership has a greater contribution in comparison with the integrity of the coach.
