Kerjasama China-Jepang Dalam Mengatasi Pencemaran Air Di Sungai Yangtze
Environmental pollution surfaced when China's economic growth and industrialization of China shows progress rapidly.Along with these positive developments,it turns out the effects of China's economic progress and industrialization bringadverse effects to the environment sector. China's environmental pollution that is making the issue of cross-bordertransnational in nature so as to threaten human security (human security) in other countries, in this case Japan. Humansecurity parameters used are seven dimensions of human security perspective issued by the United Nations DevelopmentProgramme (UNDP), namely economic security, food, health, environmental, personal, community, and politics. China'senvironmental pollution is an important issue in the context of human security in Japan because it gives a significant threatto economic security, environmental security,food security, and health security.
Data of this research was obtained from the books, journals, official documents and websites that support the hypothesis. The author used nation-state level analyze and this research is using Environmentalism perspective, green theory and also using concept of water pollution. The writer also did some interviews by taking notes of the indications systematically and directly.
Analysis of research concluded that China-Japan cooperation to overcome water pollution in the river yangte is to form an official government institution tasked with managing the environment and the public namely the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs (Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs - IPE) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency ( JICA), the formation of a water filter called the Total Pollutant Load Control System, makes a map that provides data on water pollution for the Chinese-Japanese community, collaborates with global environmental agencies through a Green Choice campaign that connects the consumer side with the impact of environmental damage from products product used.
