Analisis Kinerja Pejabat Perempuan Berperan Ganda Di Lingkungan Badan Kepegawaian Kabupaten Rokan Hiir
This research is motivated by the shift of values and culture of traditional society to modern society which has given opportunity and opportunity for woman to work and work, so become career woman. Informants in this study are women with dual roles in which they are a working woman and also housewife. In carrying out these two roles, they are required to fulfill their obligations both as working women and as housewives to the maximum extent possible in one time.
Based on the results of research on four informants in the Rokan Hilir Personnel Agency through qualitative analysis it can be seen that: Performance of female officials double role in Rokan Hilir District Personnel Agency is generally influenced by the double role they experienced, where when the meeting of two roles It is imperative for women to be conditioned to make both roles work properly. But if it is not unconditionally, it will affect the performance of women in the double role. The obstacles they face are (1) the difficulty of arranging the time between work and household so that it affects the problems that occur in front of the party, (2) The lack of cooperation between husband and wife in the case of child care causes the wife to be less liberal in carrying out his work so that Often leads to conflicts within the household, (3) childcare issues are usually experienced by working mothers with small children or toddlers. The smaller the child's age, the greater the level of perceived stress (4) Work becomes a source of tension and stress for working mothers, ranging from rigid work rules, unwise supervisors, and heavy workloads.
