Strategi Kesantunan Positif Dan Negatif Dalam Percakapan Penjual Dan Pembeli Di Pasar Senja, Giant Pekanbaru
This study Discusses the Positive and Negative Politeness Strategies in the Conversation of Sellers and Buyers in Senja Market, Giant Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to describe the Positive Politeness Strategy and to describe the Negative politeness Strategy in the Conversation of sellers and buyers in Senja Market, Giant Pekanbaru. This research coincides in the twilight market, Giant Pekanbaru. This type of research uses a gualitive approach. Research data sources are 20 sellers and 20 buyers both male and female in the Senja market, Giant Pekanbaru. The data used in the form of direct speech by the publis (sellers nd buyers) in the Senja market, Giant Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques carried out with documentation techniques (records, notes, photographs and interviews). Data analysis technique is done by identifying, classifying, describing, discussing and summarizing data base on Negative and Positive Political Strategies in Seller anf Buyes Conrversations in the Senja market, Giant Pekanbaru. Based on research found data on conversations betwwn sellesrs anfd buyesr in the Senja market, Giant Pekanbaru, namely 398 speeches of Sellers and Buyers who use positive politeness strategies (positive strategy) and 14 speechess of sellers ang buyesr using negative speech (negative politeness strategy).
