Evaluasi Pengelolaan Drainase Perkotaan Secara Berkelanjutan Di Kota Pekanbaru
The basic concept of sustainable drainage development is to increase water use, minimize losses and improve and conserve the environment. Principally, through Eco drain, flood / inundation or drought can be minimized because more rain water seeps into the ground which is useful as groundwater conservation. This study aims to (1) analyze the existing condition of drainage channels in Pekanbaru City (2) analyze the ecological, economic and social impacts of drainage disturbance in Pekanbaru City, (3) analyze sustainable drainage management in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City through a mixture of quantitative and qualitative research. The research method used was a survey and mathematical testing used the Manning Formula. The way to collect data is through field surveys, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the existing drainage channels were not able to accommodate the rainwater runoff (Qp) greater than 11,3% of the Existing. To keep the drainage channel relatively safe, the maximum limit of the freeboard is 0,87 m. The existing condition of drainage channels in Pekanbaru City is currently considered good, with a saturation percentage smaller than 1% and a drainage coefficient (Cd) of 1.15. Ecological, economic and social disruption of drainage functions has a high effect of 65-100% due to flooding at a sampling location which is the main road of Pekanbaru City. So that from the evaluation of sustainable drainage management, several Eco drain methods can be carried out, namely infiltration ponds, bioretency systems, bio pores and pavement infiltration to help absorb water into the soil.
