Pengaruh Kecerdasan Interpersonal Dan Altruisme Terhadap Kinerja Pengawas Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to describe the influence of interpersonal intelligence and altruism on the supervisor performance of Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive quantitative research approach with survey methods with correlational techniques (correlational resarch). Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations with 35 respondents from 55 supervisors who were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research method was conducted that respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, disagree, and strongly disagree. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the analysis of the data it is known that, there is a significant influence of interpersonal intelligence and altruism on supervisor performance, both in part or together. This research is expected to be useful for improving the work of supervisors in carrying out their obligations.
