Kepentingan Amerika Serikat Menerapkan Kebijakan Anti Dumping Terhadap Impor Biodiesel Dari Indonesia

The focus of this research is to analyze the the interest of United States of America implementing anti dumping duty on biodiesel imported from Indonesia. During the investigation periode the United State International Trade Commision (USITC) found the practice of dumping on Biodiesel imported from Indonesia and there was injury to the USA domestic industry.
This research used a descriptive of qualitative method, with nation – state analysis, and protectionism theory in mercantilism perspective. To analysize the case, the author has collected data such reports and documents, books, legislations, online media and publications from various resources predominantly United State Departement Of Commerce (USDOC), USITC, National Biodiesel Board (NBB) and the Indonesian Palm Oil Entrepreneurs Movement (GAPKI).
The result of this study show that the interest of United States of America implementing on biodiesel imported from Indonesia to protect the USA domestic industry biodiesel from injury. On 26 april 2018 the United State International Trade Commision imposed anti-dumping duties on imported Biodiesel from Indonesia which was released in The Official Journal of USITC. As a result, Musim Mas has been imposed the provisional dimping duty of 276.65%, Wilmar Trading PTE, Ltd. of 92.52% etc of 92.52%.
