The fibre of empty palm is given alkaline treatment with 3% NaOH rate of 2 hours. Composites made with 5% fiber content of epoxy resin with length of fiber used is 30mm. From results, Blade will generate maximum power of 69,29W with rotor rotation speed of 50,9rpm at wind speeds of 6,33m/s.
