Analisis Aspek Kognitif Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Di Kelas 1a SD It Future Islamic School Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the existence of the 1945 Constitution which states that every citizen has the right to receive education and the government is required to provide educational facilities and infrastructure that support the sustainability of the educational process. Article 31 paragraph (1) Every citizen has the right to education and Article 2: Every citizen is required to attend basic education and the government is required to finance. Education can be obtained in the school environment (formal), family environment (informal) and community environment (non-formal). Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System provides another color in the provision of education for children with special needs. This study aims to find out to find out how the cognitive aspects of children with special needs in class 1A SD IT future Islamic school Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitative research that is research that aims to describe natural phenomena. . This data collection technique uses instruments of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cognitive aspects of children with special needs are able to answer questions from the level of knowledge / remembering (C1) to the level of analysis (C4) on condition that they must be accompanied by a special assistant teacher.
