Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment And Satisfaction (ARIAS) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pokok Bahasan Hidrokarbon Di Kelas XI MIPA SMAN 2 Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine whether the learning model of assurance, relevance, interest, assessment and satisfaction can improve student learning outcomes and find out categories of increased learning outcomes on the subject of hydrocarbons in class XI MIPA SMAN 2 Pekanbaru The form of research conducted is experimental research and research design randomized control group pretest-posttest. This study consisted of 2 classes of MIPA 1 XI as an experimental class and class XI MIPA 2 as a control class that was chosen by drawing after a normality test using the Liliefors test and a homogeneity test using a two-average similarity test. The experimental class was treated with the application of the ARIAS learning model and the control class without using the application of the ARIAS learning model. The data analysis technique used is the right-side t-test. based on data analysis test obtained tcount> ttable (2.47> 1.67) This means that the application of the ARIAS learning model can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of hydrocarbons in class XI of SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The category of increasing student learning outcomes in the experimental class is the high category (N- gain = 0.82) and in the control class is the medium category (N-gain = 0.68).
