This study aims to improve fine motor skills through collage activities. This research is a Classroom Action Research. Research subjects are children of group B with total of 15 children consist of 9 boys and 6 girls in academic year 2016/2017. The object of this study is fine motor skills. Technique of data collection is done by using observation and documentation. The instrument used is the observation instrument sheet. Data analysis technique is done descriptively quantitative. This research was conducted two Cycles. The results showed that the fine motor ability of the Group B children in Prasiklus stage of new achievement percentage was 40.09%, increased in Cycle I 50.94% and in Cycle II reached 73.88% under Exponential Growing category (BSH). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that Through Collage Activity can improve the fine motor skills in 5-6 Year Old Child in PAUD Raudhatul Hasanah Ujungbatu District Rokan Hulu Regency.
