Pengaruh Mekanisme Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan “(Studi Empiris Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018)”

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of corporate governance mechanisms to the company's performance. The mechanisms of corporate governance examined in this study include internal and external governance consisting of: Board of Commissioners and managerial ownership and foreign ownership, debt financing, and audit quality. The population in this research is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The samples in this study were determined by purposive sampling methods and obtained samples of 103 company annual reports. Data analysis is conducted with multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS program. Statistical test results show that: (1) The Board of Commissioners has no effect on the company's performance with significance of 0,310 > 0.05. (2) Managerial ownership has no effect on the company's performance with a significance rate of 0.189 > 0.05. (3) Foreign ownership has no effect on the company's performance with a significance rate of 0.890 > 0.05. (4) Financing debt has no effect on the company's performance with a significance rate of 0.714 > 0.05. (5) The quality of the audit affects the company's performance at a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
