Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Variabel Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT. Indosawit Kabupaten Pelalawan
This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of workload and compensation on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The population and target in this study are PT. IndosawitPelalawan district as many as 232 respondents used a census sampling with sampling techniques using the formula of Taro Yaname and Slovin if the population was known to take the sample used was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling so that the sample became 147 respondents. Metede this research using Path Analysis
The results of this study found that workload had a significant negative effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant and positive direct relationship with employee performance. Workload has a significant negative effect on motivation. Compensation has a significant effect on performance. Workload and compensation have a positive and significant effect on performance through motivation.
