Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pt. Tasma Puja Kampar Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
This research was conducted at PT Tasma Puja Kampar, with the aim of
finding out the effect of compensation on the motivation of employees in the
production department, leadership on motivation, compensation on performance,
leadership on the performance of employees of the production department. To
determine the effect of motivation on the performance of employees in the

This type of research is descriptive quantitative Path analysis, samples in
this study were 110 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Path
analysis method (Path Analysis) using SPSS version 21.
The results of tests that have been done, show the results that 1)
Compensation affects the motivation of employees of PT Tasma Puja Kampar. 2)
Leadership influences employee motivation. The better the leader, the better
motivation. 3) Compensation affects performance. The greater the compensation
the greater the performance 4) Leadership influences performance. 5) Motivation
affects performance, the better the motivation, the better the performance. 6)
Compensation affects performance through motivation. Large Compensation
affects performance through employee motivation. 7) Leadership influences
performance through motivation, the better leadership impacts on high
performance through employee motivation.
