”Pengaruh Latihan Interval Training Terhadap Kecepatan Lari Pemain Futsal Tim Smanda Kota Dumai”
Abstract: The purpose of this study is how much influence the Interval Training Exercise on the Futsal Running Speed of the Dumai City SMANDA Team. This type of research is an experiment with a research design using the Pree-Test Post-Test One Group Design using the 30 meter Run test instrument. The population in this study were 10 players from the Futsal team from Dumai City SMANDA Team. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling, where all members of the population are used as data sources, namely as samples. So thus the sample in this study was 10 people. Using the 30 meter Running instrument, a descriptive analysis was carried out and the Liliefors test produced a 30 meter Pree-Test Running with an average yield of 5.00. Then, the Interval Training was given for 16 meetings with the Futsal players from the Dumai City SMANDA Team, amounting to 10 people. Then a 30-meter Running Post-Test was conducted with an average yield of 4.20. Based on the analysis of Pree-Test and Post-Test data there are differences that increase or increase by 0.8. And based on the analysis of the t-test resulted in Tcount of 4.10 and Ttable of 1.833 Means Thitung> Ttable, from this it can be concluded that Interval Training exercises affect the running speed of the Futsal team of SMANDA Dumai City.
