Evaluasi time schedule menggunakan network planning dan critical path method pada proyek pembangunan gedung kejaksaan tinggi provinsi riau

Time Schedule (work plan) is a detailed time division provided for each part
of the work from the beginning of the work to the finishing work. The purpose of
this study is to evaluate work schedules and arrange pathes in Network Planning,
determine the work included in the critical path and compare the Time Schedule
plan and evaluation result. In this study using the Critical Path Method (CPM)
which is a path that has a series of activity components with the longest amount of
time. The result showed that Network Planning can be used as an instrument or a
tool to evaluate the schedule of work implementation in The Riau Provincial
Attorney General’s Office Construction Project. Then by using the Critical Path
Method (CPM), 4 jobs are included in the critical path, the result of acceleration
of project completion time is 259 days from 273 days with a total cost of adding
labor and it costs Rp 3,314,400,- (Three Million Three Hundred Fourteen Four
Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for a day.
