Hubungan Tingkat Spiritualitas Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Dalam Menghadapi Masa Pensiun

Level of spirituality is concerned with the preparation of a person in retirement, especially in terms of overcoming anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of spirituality with the level of anxiety in the retirement in the government employees who work in public health centers of Pekanbaru to study design correlation with study cross sectional approach. The sample in this studies 95 respondents were taken used total sampling technique. Measuring instrument used was the questionnaire that has been tested is valid and reliable. The analysis used Pearson's chi-square test. The results showed the majority respondents have a high level of spirituality at 66 (69.5%) and have a moderate anxiety level with the number of 65 (86.4%). Statistical test results obtained p value 0,000 < alpha of 0,05 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of spirituality with the level of anxiety in the face of retirement. Hopefully this research can be information for instituties in providing guidance and assistance to government employees who will be retirement, especially in terms of improving spirituality so as to reduce employee anxiety in retirement.
