Kontribusi Kecepatan Dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Dengan Hasil Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok Pada Siswa Putra Ekstrakulikuler Atletik Smk Negeri 5 Pekanbaru
The problem in this research is that when running, students did not do well because running is not at maximum speed which starts slowly until the results of the jump are not optimal, and when taking the start for long jump the start runs far enough, and when take off the average explosive power of these students was not good and so the impact on the distance jump. Because of a long jump will be affected by maximum speed and leg muscle explosive power. The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of leg muscle speed and explosive power to the squat style long jump results in male athletic extracurricular students of Nations SMK 5 Pekanbaru. The population in this research were male athletic extracurricular students of Nation SMK 5 Pekanbaru, totaling 20 samples using total sampling techniques. The instruments in this study were the 30 meter run, the Standing Broard Jump and the long jump test. Data obtained were analyzed using the moment product correlation. Based on the analysis of normality test data X1 produces LoMax of 0.177 and Ltable of 0.190 and X2 produces LoMax of 0.133 and Ltable of 0.190. while the Y variable produces a LoMax of 0.123 and an Ltable of 0.190 This means LoMax 0.575 Rcount > Rtable data. Thus, there is a contribution to the speed and explosive power of the limbs with the results of the long jump squat force in man extracurricular athletic students of Nations SMK 5 Pekanbaru.
