ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the analysis of institutional ownership, profitability, and industry type of Carbon Emission Disclosures. The population in this study was returned 139 which are manufacturing companies obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained from the panel www.idx.co.id. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and the type of data used was secondary data, and the result was 39 selected companies with 111 assessments. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and using the SPSS program. Carbon Emission Disclosure complies with the approval of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) checklist. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, profitability, and type of industry affect the level of carbon emissions. The test results show a significance value greater than the value of institutional ownership that is 0.03
