Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Diklat, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Karyawan Pada Pt. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee motivation, training on employee motivation, job satisfaction on employee motivation, leadership on employee performance, training on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, and motivation on employee performance.
The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Pekanbaru along with the subordinates of 176 people. Because the population is relatively large, the sampling is done using the Slovin method and get sample 122 respondents is obtained. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling method. The results of research and discussion are presented using WarpPLS.
The results of this research show that leadership has a significant effect on motivation, training has a significant effect on motivation, job satisfaction has a significant effect on motivation, but leadership and training has not significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
